Mindful Meditation
How 10 minutes a day will change your life, yes ... LIFE

Every day life for the every day person is extremely busy and chaotic. We live in a world where we demand a lot and a lot is demanded of us. We are pulled in every direction to fulfill a life of raising children, having a successful career, loving relationships, healthy bodies and happy minds. All this in a system where we are not quite able to keep the balance.

LIFE GETS HARD,

Mindful meditation has shown is many studies to help aide in anxiety and depression as well as many other ailments as shown above.


And that's okay- its the inevitable truth that with happiness, there must be sadness, darkness and light, what goes up must come down and so on. Life needs mind/body balance to maintain harmony.

HOW DO WE OBTAIN  MIND/BODY BALANCE you say??


When we take the time to evaluate ourselves and the existence we place into this world. We recognize that we encounter ups and downs of emotional and physical well being- and  use acceptance as well as positive perspective as a huge part of maintaining mind/body balance.
 
Changing a negative perspective, accompanied by negative routines is not easily done, but not impossible- if you take the time to dedicate YOU to YOU... it can be an easy and peaceful experience, every step of the way.

Mindful Meditation is taking the time ( even just 10 minutes a day) to sit still, breathe deep, set a positive intention for YOURSELF and just BE. Use a positive phrase as you look inward and love yourself for who you are, forgive yourself for any mistakes you think you may have made, and accept yourself as the being you are, happily.


This time spent caring for your inner self each day will slowly begin to happily creep into your daily life- if you battle depression, or anxiety, ADD, ADHD or just need some peace in your chaotic day, you will begin to see everything a bit brighter each day. DEDICATE yourself to the cause and accept that hard days may happen but stick with yourself and use Mindful Meditation as medication for the soul.
