Restorative Yoga is a beautiful and beneficial way to calm your mind, stimulate your organs as well as help with anxiety and depression. This maintained through sow and supported postures and stretches, along with meditation.


Restorative Yoga uses the practice of pillows, blocks, blankets and straps to assist and guide you through postures that allow many parts of your internal body to be stimulated to help heal and generate energy within you;that may be stagnant from lack of use. It is also helpful for healing old muscle wounds and creating flexibility where you will not strain easily in your every day.

Many people think yoga is about stretching to be a pretzel or sweating to rid you of toxins, but here we are slow, steady and precise in how we heal each part of you in Restorative Yoga.
