BLOOMING YOGIS
Bring your little ones to our “ Blooming Yogi” class where we will read fun stories about mindfulness, as well as do playful postures and games, along with breathing exercises! Introducing your child into ways of self peace and growth is best way to build a healthy and strong foundation for their mind, body and spirit!
Tummy time for the babies, music, books,somersaults, and jumping jacks for toddlers, breathing to help calm anxiety and stress from school and sports, and body postures for good healthy bodies are all the things to experience here at the studio!
Yoga has also shown to help kids with Spectrum Disorders, ADD, and ADHD!!! See what we can do for your family today!
"Peaceful Piggy Yoga" is a book we will explore in our Blooming Yogis class! Great for all our little ones as they learn their body movements and emotions!
"A handful Of Quiet" is a wonderful book about being aware of our thoughts and being present in all
we do. Beautiful pictures and instructions to do as a family or alone to help teach relaxation and peace through meditation!
